Refund & Return Policy

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Outdoor Hardware Supply has a 30-day return policy. All returns must be in new condition, unused, and uninstalled for a refund. If you return items with signs of wear or installation, no refund will be given.

Please remember to include all parts of the item you are returning, such as bolts, nuts, washers, screws, packaging, FREE bits, etc. Any missing parts will be subtracted from the refund.

Proper returns require Return Authorization. Please include a copy of your order and/or correspondence in the box so that we can confirm proper return, exchange, or refund due.

Damaged/Defective Windows: If your windows arrive damaged, please take photos of the damage and e-mail them to info@outdoorhardwaresupply.com. Please include the following: Order Number, Name, & Address in your email. Once we receive the photos, we will either replace, refund your window purchase, or supply you with a return label.

All refunds are for the return of the item(s) only, not the original shipping costs, unless we shipped your order in error. The return shipping is paid for by the buyer, who may choose any carrier they prefer. If we paid for the original shipping cost, i.e. free shipping, there will be a $7.50 shipping cost subtracted from your refund, unless your item was shipped in error. If you have any questions, please call our office at 717-963-3190 & reference that this is regarding an ONLINE ORDER so we may promptly & properly provide you assistance.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Damaged FedEx, UPS, & USPS Orders/Shipments
FedEx, UPS & USPS orders are inspected and carefully packed by our warehouse staff and leave our warehouse in good condition. If your order arrives damaged, you will need to email us photos using the following email address: info@outdoorhardwaresupply.com. All damaged windows must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
